Principal Lawyer and CEO, Raeshell Staltare, is an experienced and accomplished commercial law and litigation lawyer with extensive expertise in commercial contracts, intellectual property, technology, cyber and media.

Raeshell has extensive experience in many Australian Federal and State jurisdictions. Her dispute resolution experience also extends to regulatory matters including matters before the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the Australian Communications and Media Authority and the Australian Financial Complaints Authority.
In addition to her private practice, Raeshell is a legal consultant where her services are offered under Staltare Law Company’s consultancy arm - Staltare Consulting Solutions (SCS). Raeshell consults on legal projects, provides training for businesses and legal teams, and delivers topic-specific seminars for clients on an as-need basis.
